Our Gîte is located in the centre of the village of Langoat, close to the local shops and a fantastic Boulangerie from which you will wake up to the smell of fresh baked bread. The area surrounding the village is packed with activities such as, horse riding, kayaking, adventure parks, tennis, etc..

The house is very child friendly with stair gates at the top and bottom of both staircases, cots, highchairs and a sturdy a fire guard. The garden is fully enclosed with a high gate and is safe enough to leave children to play in unattended.

With just a short ten minute drive to the sandy beaches of the Côtes d'Ajoncs & Côtes d'Granite Rose and close to the market towns of Lannion, Treguier and Paimpol this makes a fantastic base for your holiday in Brittany.
